Made snickerdoodles a couple nights ago. The first batch turned out a little weird - I followed the recipe exactly, but the resulting cookies were tiny and over-cooked, therefore not soft and chewy like you'd expect a snickerdoodle, but crunchy and kind of blah. Second batch I doubled the size of the cookies and decreased the baking time, and they turned out perfect!!

Notice how the jar is already half empty? They're delicious!! I used a high-altitude recipe, which can be found here. This recipe is NOT my own! But the resulting cookies are pretty fantastic, so if snickerdoodles are your thing and you live at high altitude, check it out!
